Our company, founded in 1977, is committed to meeting customer needs through effective aluminum profile anodizing services. With extensive experience, professionalism, and cutting-edge technology, we work to enhance the durability of profiles by applying a protective layer to their surface that ensures color, resistance, and longevity. The company covers a total production area of 5,000 square meters, of which approximately 2,600 square meters are covered.
In 2023, to expand the range of services, Tecnoal enriches itself with a new plant dedicated to extrusion located in Sant'Ippolito (PU), capable of providing aluminum profiles with precise and uniform shapes for various merchandise sectors. With the addition of this facility, we have further expanded our ability to manage the entire aluminum supply chain, allowing us to offer an even wider range of solutions to our customers. The plant spans an operational area of 38,000 square meters, of which 19,000 square meters are covered.
Our processes
Extrusion is a manufacturing process that compresses molten aluminum through a die to create pieces with constant cross-sections. Anodizing oxidation follows, applying an electrochemical treatment that forms a protective oxide layer on the metal surface. This significantly enhances the corrosion resistance and durability of aluminum, making it suitable for various applications. These two processes, combined, optimize the mechanical and surface properties of aluminum for industrial use.
